"I didn’t feel comfortable entering my card info"
I got to the payment page and something about it just felt off. The layout looked a little sketchy, and even the small details, like the way the card fields loaded, didn’t give me much confidence. I ended up closing it quickly instead of taking the risk.

"Customer support really let me down"
I didn’t have a good experience with their customer service at all. I asked what I thought was a simple question, and the replies I got were short and not really useful. Maybe I’m a bit biased because I really value good support when I’m using a site, but it felt like they just wanted to get rid of me instead of actually helping. I probably wouldn’t use this site again if I needed assistance.

"Tickets showed up way too late"
I bought tickets thinking they’d come through fast, but the delivery took forever. I kept refreshing my email and started getting really nervous before the show. Customer support wasn’t much help either, just kinda vague. Not worth all that stress tbh, I probly wouldn’t use hamiltontickets.org again.
"Transferring my mobile tickets was way more work than it should’ve been"
Trying to transfer my mobile tickets was such a hassle. It never worked properly, and I ended up having to keep following up and chasing them just to get it sorted. it felt like way too much effort for something that should’ve been simple.

I did get my order through in the end, but the checkout froze once and I had to, actually, I just reloaded the page and tried again. Payment went through fine after that. It wasn’t a huge issue, just made me a little unsure for a minute

I was able to find the tickets I needed, so the site does get the job done. But checkout were slow and the whole process felt a little clunky.

I found seats for what seemed like a decent price, which was nice for about five seconds. Then the service fees popped up and suddenly the whole thing felt like a little bait-and-switch magic trick. I know fees are part of the deal, because apparently buying tickets is never just buying tickets, but these felt way over the top. Definitely not using them again.

"Seats weren't where I thought they'd be"
I bought the tickets because the seat map made it look like we’d be in a decent spot, but when we got there, the seats were about nowhere near what I expected. The view was more off to the side and not as clear as it looked online. It felt kind of misleading, especially for around the price we paid. frustrating, and I wouldn’t use Hamilton Tickets again.

"The email delays stressed me out"
The site itself worked fine, but the email notifications were kind of a headache. My ticket emails showed up way later than I expected, and one update never came through at all. I wasn’t planning on stressing over whether my tickets were actually confirmed, but that’s exactly what ended up happening.

I was trying to move my Hamilton tickets to a different date, and it was such a headache!!! Support took forever to reply, and when someone finally did get back to me, it seriously felt like they hadn’t even read my message!!!
I kept getting passed around with no clear answer, and by the time anything happened, the date I wanted was gone!!! Super frustrating experience all around, and I definitely wouldn’t use them again!!!

"Paid for an upgrade, still got the same seats"
I paid for a seat upgrade thinking we’d be moved to better seats, but that never actually happened. Long story short, we ended up sitting in the exact same kind of seats anyway, so basically I paid extra for nothing. Frustrating.

I didn’t feel comfortable trusting these tickets. They seemed sketchy enough that it put a damper on the whole outing and basically ruined the plans we were excited for. I wouldn’t risk buying here again.

"Tracking my order was more stressful than it needed to be"
I ordered tickets through hamiltontickets.org, and while the purchase itself seemed to go through fine, the tracking part made me a little uneasy. The status just sat there without updating for a while, so I kept checking my email and account because I didn’t want to assume everything was okay and then get caught off guard.
Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I still didn’t feel like I had a clear answer on when the actual tickets would show up. They did arrive in the end, so it worked out, but I would definitely keep an eye on your order and save all confirmations just to be safe. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked.

"Watch Out for Fees at Checkout"
Just a heads up for anyone buying tickets here: the price you see at first may not be the price you actually pay. I didn’t see the real total until the very end, when extra fees suddenly showed up at checkout and made the tickets way more expensive than I expected. It felt sneaky, honestly. I won’t be using them again.
